ACADEMY
INSTUCTORS
All
our instructors at the Academy are blackbelt level, and
have personally been trained by Bob Breen, in addition
to their own martial arts experience. Most of our Academy
instructors train and are graded under JKD/ Kali International,
our teacher training programme.
The
levels are Trainee, Apprentice one through to three then
Associate one through three then Senior and then Full,
with Apprentice being the lowest and Full instructor being
the highest.
Any
instructor who has not achieved the required amount of
training each year will be removed from the list.

of the world's leading martial arts coaches.
Wide ranging interests. Known as one of the
foremost experts on knife defence technique
and close quarter combat. Fought for Great
Britain in traditional Karate before discovering
Jeet Kune Do and bringing it to Britain. Team
captain and competitor at '89 World Stickfighting
championships and Coach of the British Eskrima
team that won 13 World Championship medals,
including four gold in '92. Bob has been teaching
for nearly forty years.
