This includes your training twice per week in the foundation classes plus any number of other recommended classes you'd like to take, plus free bag gloves, a club t-shirt, and hand wraps and a years martial arts insurance, all you need to get started. The classes are two one hour sessions per week at 7.30 on a Tuesday and Thursday.

Monthly training fees. After completing the foundation course or joining after an assessment monthly training fees are £75 per month payable by direct debit. This entitles you to more than twenty classes per week from which to choose. Please note we don't put people on contracts or tie them in, in any way. You are free to leave at any time
